Hi, I've written a small patch for adding support for specifying a range (by defining the constants(*) MINPORT_DATA and MAXPORT_DATA).
* This is the first step. Second step would be adding a real configuration option for net.conf. ** When set to zero, the old behaviour is used (pick a random port for data). A strict firewall is common nowadays, even inside a LAN. I believe this feature is needed by many people. Please send feedback if something is wrong. Attached.
