Hi there, I have xsane on by Xubuntu 7.04. I have a Canon CanoScan N124OU, and xsane recongnises this device but when I press scan, it doesn't cause the scanner to respond or scan image, instead it just shows a progressive black screen. I have read documentation on this, but my problem doesn't seem to be covered.
