Hello, Dave or some one else, do you have usb sniffer logs of this scanner somewhere? I would like to see the log of the boot of the scanner, since that would give some hint of what the controller chip is (or is not). In particular I could help you exclude the M5623 :), the one in the predecessor 3200f.
