Hello,
I tested the Backend for Lexmark X1170 on an Kubuntu
Dapper System with sane 1.0.17.
It works!
As stated from others, the colors aren't so bright.
Another problem is the size of the scan: bed-wide
pictures are unscannable because the scan head never
reaches the end of the bed (neither with letter
selected). It leaves almos 2 cm out.
Hope this will be usefull.
