Ok, I'll repeat what I already answered in personal mail: As mentioned on the SANE website this scanner is not supported by SANE. More details are here: http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/misc/mustek-scanners.html#UNSUPPORTED The chip is supported in principle by the mustek_usb backend, but there is no support for the CCD sensor yet. See above web page for details. So you need to do quite some programming to get it work. This must be done by someone who has experience in writing C programs and at least some experience with scanners. As mentioned, I can provide Windows source code for reference but this makes only sense if you have someone who can do the job and has enough time. Several people have tried to implement support but I never heard back from any of them. Bye, Henning
