Hi, I have a problem wit Xsane and my epson perfection 4870 photo. I am usin xsane 0.97 on Linux Fedora Core 3 kernel 2.6.10-1.766_FC3smp The problem is that I can't scan transparencies. The lid lamp doesn't turn on. I'm using flatbed/slide.=20
FYI, If I use transparency unit/slide, it freezes. I tried with the epson software on win-XP, and it works fine.
