Can anyone recommend a scanner that works with sane and has a document feeder?
Assuming there is such a scanner... I would like to be able to invoke scanimage so that it loads a new page, scans it, and exits. With that, it is a simple matter to write scripts to handle the naming of each separate image in different ways according to application. I am trying to improve my paper filing system at home to use less paper and more image files. Being able to put a stack of paper in a scanner and have it scan one page after another under the control of a bash script would be a god-send.
