Hi! Just for today I could get access to a HP3670 scanner-
If you execute this command line in linux, and using the files supplied in the CD-ROM: strings hpgt2436.dll | more you will find those strings: Device_638_A07 GL646U Sparrow GL646 Setting so at first it's possible the scanner is using Genesys Logic's single-chip GeneScan™ II or similar. I also opened the scanner. The EliteMT chip is memory, and the L6219DS is the power driver for stepper motor. The bigger one says 26-00204-00A 0323FGSPW-10 So it seems the key is 26-00204-00. There are also some mentions to something called Tulip Driver in the dll files. More to come. Adrian P.J.
