Bugfixes:
-Image viewer - save button (text) did not work correctly.
-Image viewer - save button (image) did not work correctly.
-Scan dialog - wrong resolution when printing in "multi-scan" mode.
-Saving in TIF format did not work correctly.
-Removed memory leak in image viewer.
-Automatic filename generation: filecounter does not get increased
correctly in some situations.
New features:
-"Templates" added to preview widget ("multi-selection" - mode only)
-Added support for KDE print system again. Thanks to Michael Goffioul for
suggestions.
-"Multi-scan" mode: automatic filename generation when printing to a file
