For the 1260 use ONLY Sane versions >=3D 1.0.10, the 1.0.8 does not suppo= rt the 1260, 1.0.9 might kill the motor when scanning > 600 DPI When you have installed 1.0.1x success fully the nwe can proceed with the debugging step... Gerhard
