It won't always make sense, but it may do. I have a film scanner for 35mm film, but I also have a few old 6x6 negatives (when cheap machines used 120 film) that I want to scan. Nothing ultra special, just an honest computer copy. I have looked at the "real" large format film scanners and unfortunately I cannot afford one. So the alternative is getting a cheap flatbed capable with a "photo" adaptor. Ze Paulo
