Hello, I been using my Epson 1650 for weeks without problems, but am now unable to get it to work. I've rebooted since I last had it working, but don't remember doing anything special since the reboot before that to make it work. Both xsane and scanimage have the same problem.

The odd thing is for vendor 0x04b8, it only asks for products 0x010f and 0x011d, but when I look in the backends directory of the source, those two are missing from the epson_usb.c, and all the others are never asked for. I tried rerunning "make install" for sane, and rerunning scanimage and xsane with /usr/local/lib/sane prepended to my LD_LIBRARY_PATH, with the same results. I can't think of what I could have done to break this. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, -Michael __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
