Hi Raphael, can you tell me which version you're using (sane + backend)? Can you also send me the debug output (enabled by using export SANE_DEBUG_PLUSTEK=3D12)? Never saw this problem here on my N650U, you might use the latest backend code (0.45-TEST3) from www.gjaeger.de
