I have no idea. If this is the place where Solaris puts its SCSI generic devices, probably yes. Patches for sane-find-scanner are welcome. If you can't make a patch can you answer the following questions: What's the format of the device files in /dev/scsi? Can I just scan the directory and open any available device and check, if it's a scanner? Bye, Henning
