Perhaps a generic LM9830 driver could be made. The hp4200, Canon fb630u (and probably fb330u), and hp3300c (I assume?) are all based on the LM9830. The parallel-to-USB bridges on these scanners are probably all different, but it follows that most of the important stuff would be the same for each.
