After installing "gimp-devel-1.2.1-31" ./configure produces following output: ... checking for libgimp/gimp.h... (cached) no checking for libgimp/gimpfeatures.h... (cached) no creating ./config.status creating Makefile creating lib/Makefile creating src/Makefile creating sanei/Makefile creating doc/Makefile creating include/sane/config.h include/sane/config.h is unchanged **************************************************************** * * * SANE-FRONTENDS configure status: * * -------------------------------- * * - GUIs activated (xcam + xscanimage) * * - GIMP plugin deactivated for xscanimage * * * **************************************************************** .... gimp.h and gimpfeatures.h can be found at /usr/include/libgimp/. I even placed this path into /etc/ld.so.conf. But after "ldconfig" the required files are still not found. How can I force configure to use the right path to the gimp header files?
