Hi, that's pretty easy: simply add the sernet.repo (https://download.sernet.de/pub/samba/3.6/centos/6/sernet-samba.repo) to your /etc/yum.repos.d/ and run a "yum install samba3".
The packages from SerNet are built that (clever) way to replace the original CentOS packages without problems.
