The check process check you're doing via the agent, is that one on the agent itself?
Do you specify extra credentials? Can you maybe send me a screenshot (directly to me) on how it's configured (the check I mean)? dirk From: Servers Alive Discussion List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Anthony Laatz Sent: Tuesday, November 01, 2011 6:46 PM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: RE: [SA-list] WOAP Client Error Remote Agent? 2003 R2 Thank you, anthony Laatz | appletree Answers p: 800.270.7030 f: 866.827.8802 e: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) From: Dirk Bulinckx [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, November 01, 2011 11:16 AM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: RE: [SA-list] WOAP Client Error The agent, on what OS is it running? From: Servers Alive Discussion List [mailto:[email protected]] (mailto:[mailto:[email protected]]) On Behalf Of Anthony Laatz Sent: Saturday, October 29, 2011 5:16 AM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: [SA-list] WOAP Client Error I am on the latest beta, 6.3.2454 I started noticing remote agent checks failing before I upgraded to the latest. I am getting the following error: ERROR: Could not get the running processes! <br>Error Code: 0x6. The handle is invalid. I tried reconfiguring the entry and get the same error with a pop up window. Even on creating a new entry. It’s for a remote agent check, checking processes. I verified AD credentials on the remote server.
