You can remove the "high" encryption for all passwords, but still it would be
"encrypted" in some way (simple base64 so not real encryption), and this via the
setup\general\startup settings screen.

Sometimes  I  need  to transfer settings from test PC to production and
vice  versa and every time I have to re-enter password manually, which
