If you want to have an up/down depending on the actual result (returned result)
you'll have to use the ODBC checker instead of the native mySQL checker.

Subject: [SA-list] MySQL Query Check

Hello,
My question is concerning the external MySQL check which is not part of SAlive
itself.

It is all set up, the query executes fine and I get an OK status.

So far so good : now, is it possible to change the status based on the query
result?

Clicking the info button only tells me: "SQL Query executing OK".
It seems as if the fact that the query executes is considered a success.

Thanks for any hints
