It’s been a very quite forum from what it used to be. So nice to hear 
some good news stories like this.

So this morning our PBX switch went down, and being a call center that a very 
critical piece of equipment. Servers Alive alerted me within seconds that the 
system was down before the operations staff knew what was happening and had a 
chance to call me.  It saved at least 5 minutes of down time, and in the call 
center business every second counts.  Thank you again Servers Alive!!  ;]
