We received some questions on how to send alerts to Twitter. Well this is
something that Servers Alive is already able to do.
As alert type you should select
HTTP GET/POST
URL: http://twitter.com/statuses/update.json POST
Data to post: status=<the message you want to post>
[x] Password protected page
Username: <your_twitter_username> Password:
<your_twitter_password>
The message can ofcourse contain the same % parameters like all other alerts
can..

If you use auto-responders (like out-of-the-office messages), make sure that
they are not sent to the list nor to individual members. Doing so will cause
you to be automatically removed from the list.
