Hope this helps. Dirk Bulinckx. The idea is that we would provide a way with the IF of the template that you can use then IF part on the hostname and previous-hostname. What you do with it, that's up to you :-) Dirk Bulinckx. Sounds like that might work. I think the report would look a lot cleaner rather than having the same name being repeated over and over. Would the tables just have blank lines or will it be a cell much like using the <ROWSPAN> command? I am thinking if you just have it not display you would have a bunch of blank cells. so in essence you would have: --------------------------------------------- | ServerA | C Drive Check | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | | D Drive Check | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | | PING | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | ServerB | C Drive Check | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | | D Drive Check | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | | PING | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- instead of --------------------------------------------- | | C Drive Check | RUNNING | | |--------------------------------- | ServerA | D Drive Check | RUNNING | | |--------------------------------- | | PING | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- | | C Drive Check | RUNNING | | |--------------------------------- | ServerB | D Drive Check | RUNNING | | |--------------------------------- | | PING | RUNNING | --------------------------------------------- Zeff Wheelock Lotus Notes Administrator x33741 Email Addresses ---------------------------------------------------------- Primary: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Secondary: [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Amateur Radio) Instant Messaging ---------------------------------------------------------- Primary: Google, AIM , Yahoo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Secondary: Google , AIM , Yahoo: zwheeloc AIM (home): ZeffWheelock , [EMAIL PROTECTED] MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 329909163 ------------------------------------------------------------------ The information contained in this email message and any attachments may be privileged and/or confidential.
