In our environment Notes\Domino is only a Database environment. On all four of our servers, I believe there is only one mailbox, and that is for the admin to receive system messages. I guess I was not aware we had a Notes Add-on. I will have to investigate that. But first I probably need to get updated to version 6. Though licensed for version 6, I am still running version 5.1 in my production environment.
Thanks, Bob. -----Original Message----- From: Servers Alive Discussion List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dirk Sent: Thursday, June 19, 2008 1:05 PM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: RE: [SA-list] Native database checks hmmm I didn't see Domino as being a real db...but you do have a point... Does the Notes addon work? We currently have 4 Domino servers at versions 6.xx, 7.xx, and 8.xx. Soon (within 10 days) all will be at 8.xx. Not sure about the .xx, would have to check with my Domino admin/developer. There is also a mySQL COM check available. And we have the ODBC check. (and a SQL2005 SMO based COM check is in the works). Now we would like to know if any other database checks are "needed". If so could you tell me what db? (with db I mean things like Sybase, DB2, Informix, Interbase/Firebird, Gupta/Centura SQLBase, PostGresSQL, SQLite,....) Dirk Bulinckx.
