Hi Has anyone managed to use SA to check available disk space on VMWare ESX servers? VMWare has a Linux management interface to the underlying VMWare OS and as such, handles the 'df' command but this doesn't show the VMFS partitions - for this you need to use the 'vdf' command.
There's probably a way to script this and I'd love to hear how but if this could be bundled into the *NIX disk space add on, that'd be great! More than happy to provide any additional info that may be required.
