We have several alerts for a file check. When several files (10) are listed in a folder, it should send us an alert. We’re getting numerous false positives and I’m not sure why. What’s the best way to diagnose something like this?
Additionally, when we get a text for this alert, it comes in two messages? It appears that additional information (Woodstone …etc) is added to the text. Here is what is supposed to be sent: “%p is %s The number of HCP files has exceeded 30!” Any clues to what’s going on would be greatly appreciated. Rick Rick Fogarty Golfnet Inc.
