While I am currently configuring SA to do monitoring of my systems I
have been asked if the alerts and the emails that it sends to my ops and
administrators can be customized so that say that Diskspace below 1G on a
drive would be labeled as Critical. ( I dont see it in the interface where you
can label an alert is like critical, minor, major, info etc etc) I know I
could put this in the text of the email to the administrators, to show them
what is critical and what isnt, it just woul dbe nice if you could put in a
defined variable in the message field (defined somewhere within SA) that would
tag the alert as critical, minor, major or otherwise)
If
anyone has done this or found out a good way via the software accomplish this,
I would be greatful for the insight.
