So, here is what I do.
First, I find the Trend of the market. For that, I look at the trend of market
index.
Based on the market trend, I decide whether to buy or short stocks.
If the market trend is down, I would not even dream of buying stocks.
If the market trend is up, I would not even dream of shorting stocks.
Then, I find out the trend of the stocks I want to buy or short using the
method you have mastered.
