this method relies on few voluntor eers, which might be busy, or just gone
AWOL.
Yes, I (and several other people who read this) probably have enough admin
permissions to create an account for you, but this e.g. would take a hour
of otime, as I don't know how it works.

Unless you are banned from GitHub,
I don't see a rational reason to prefer us storing your credentials to
GitHub storing them. If you don't want them to store your regular email
address, create a new one somewhere, on a free email service, say. You can
still use your regular email address for notifications.
