Dear John, I'm not sure this is the right place, but there's a pretty good chance that the maintainer of the mirror list does read this forum. The domain you mention is referenced on http://www.sagemath.org/mirrors.html under Asia: ASIS, Tehran, Iran (and it's indeed reported as defunct).
