Yes sorry... I probably didn't copy and paste well.

r=2/sqrt(n(pi));

c = circle((0, 0), r, color="red", fill=True, alpha=0.2, fontsize=8)

That's what I do, r is the special for a perfect quadrature of circle. I don't know RDF but seems to give the same result, thanks.

As you said the fontsize is not modify too... Long time ago I think I had found something with a variable p for example and after p+=.... but I am not sure

The code you provided is not correct or complete, as you
will find if you try copy-pasting it in a fresh Sage session.
In particular it seems there is no definition for c.

The following works, but probably neither illustrates
nor solves your problem.

sage: r = 2/RDF.pi().sqrt()
sage: c = circle((0, 0), r, color="red", fill=True, alpha=0.2, fontsize=8)
sage: p = polygon(((-1, 1), (1, 1), (1, -1), (-1, -1)), color="blue",
....:         alpha=0.2, thickness=1, frame=True, axes=True, fontsize=8)
sage: c + p

sage: g = graphics_array([c, p])
sage: g.show(frame=True, figsize=10, fontsize=8)
