Please Helping, I am new in Linux Dear Tiago, Since SageMath is now packaged for Debian, and since Ubuntu is based on Debian, installation should be easy for you. Starting from Ubuntu 17.04, you should be able to run sudo apt install sagemath-jupyter in a terminal, and to get a working SageMath installation in your system. You should also install the prerequisites for SageMath to work. I would recommend: sudo apt update sudo apt install gfortran Let us know if that works and which version of Sage that gets you. Another option is to build from source. Kind regards, Samuel -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sage-support" group.
