This sometimes happens and it's an error in the building of the docs. If you want to build the documentation you can run:
$ make doc-clean and run $ sage --docbuild reference html for the html version (more info here: http://www.sagemath.org/doc/developer/sage_manuals.html). If you don't care about the documentation you can just leave it as it is.
