Yes and no. It is possible but it does not work out of the box. You
need to use cygwin and the potential list of problems are gathered on
these webpages:
 - http://trac.sagemath.org/wiki/CygwinPort
 - http://trac.sagemath.org/wiki/Cygwin64Port
