I have own project, MPI4YOU it's collection scripts, source code to build prallel enviroment to solve large problem's like FEM, CFD at cluster.
I'am adding sage as tool. I have BLAS & LAPACK,... libraryes directly from AMD and like to use those at SAGE as well,... Also some other math librarye's are allready imported to MPI4YOU and no need to use SAGE distribution. Problem is that Ubuntu compliers can mix libraryes very intuative way's and you get CRASH:es that hard to find root causes,...
