If you want a completely new set of accounts and don't want to retain any of the old accounts, you can simply move the old sagenb directory (usually it is DOT_SAGE/sage_notebook.sagenb) to a different backup folder in your filesystem. Next time you run the sage notebook, it should create a new DOT_SAGE/sage_notebook.sagenb for you.
