It would mean no working geogebra in a published worksheet, but if you "edit a copy", it would work in your own copy.

That sounds reasonable as well, and a very good feature to add. Sage class servers, for example could be set up so that only professors could publish worksheets. But that would require both some sort of moderation infrastructure that needs to be programmed and also some way of providing verification and accountability for those safe users. So it's a matter of effort and time...any volunteers to add those features?
