An old downloaded package that i obtained from *
http://sagemath.c3sl.ufpr.br/linux/64bit/index.html*  
the last package that worked last week was  *
5.0.1-linux-64bit-ubuntu_10.04.3_lts-x86_64-Linux.tar.lzma*. I hope that 
this information it's what you ask for.

say that i compile the sage installation on /home/sagemath on my desktop
i have to copy the installation on /home/sagemath on my netbook?
