You need to start the notebook with the option
`interface=NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN` where the N's refer to your mini's IP
address on the LAN. You also need to make sure port 8000 (or use
`port=PPPP`) is open from the outside (i.e. open to other machines on
your LAN).
