I checked some of the mirrors and one server you can try to get 4.7 for windows is this one: http://mirror.clibre.uqam.ca/sage/index.html Only problem is that it is a little bit outdated and that saved it ... otoh there might be a problem with this particular image, but I'm not sure. After all, there is still the source code of the 4.7 release. That's a good start ;)
