Logical connectives operates on integers, so things like n & m, n | m
(n,m integers) always produce an answer. e.g. -2 & 10 = 10 , -2 & -3
=4, 2 & 4 =0
I wonder what they mean? I failed to find the answer by a few quick
searches.

Thanks in advance
