What you'll need to do is use that Matlab interface to generate and save your plot, then use \includegraphics. Sadly, I don't know enough about Matlab or the Sage interface to it to help you do that. But if Matlab can save plots to a file and our interface can let you issue those commands to Matlab, it should work.
