I'm using OSX + Chrome (9.0.597.102) and Jmol hasn't worked in the notebook for me for a while. I don't remember when it started to not work. There was a post on sage-support about this a while back and no one had an answer. I searched through the Jmol support list for 10 or 20 mins and didn't find any problems using recent Chrome versions.
