I think mine was caused by Vista, I had to force a shutdown with Vmware running.
It would be nice to be able to keep the data in open worksheets even though sage is not shut down properly. I mean - the data I lost had been saved before so why was the worksheet (pickled) files empty? I'm new to Sage and I haven't found my way around yet, but is there talk about having replacable storage-backend. So e.g. one can use a DB and not just pickled files?
