Hrm. I ran LaTeX on your file, and it worked fine. It generated the same
.sage file that you have (I'm using Sage 4.4.1) and that file worked
fine.

Your error above happened at the very end, when it calculates an md5 sum
and writes out the .sout file. It's very strange that it could not find
the .sage file.

Did you run Sage from the same directory as your document? If your
document is in /home/foo/docs/homework, and you ran Sage from
/home/foo/docs with "sage homework/blah.sage", then it might not work.
