Thanks, that's just what I needed, just the load instruction. I finally got it to work somehow. Although it seems kind of weird that I get an error message after I load the .sage file in the console, it always ends saying
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'sagetex_practice.sage' but it doesn't matter since the .sout file always appears with an extension .sout.tmp in my home directory. Thanks a lot Berkin.
