I had my Calculus II students working on an Introduction to Sage lab today. We didn't have access to a computer lab today, so a few of them brought laptops. I had them working in groups and the first thing they were supposed to do was create a sagenb account. One student would create an account, then log out, then hand the laptop to the next student in the group to create an account. There were several headaches that followed. We got lots of "proxy" errors that I had never encountered myself, quite a few "cookie incidents", and timeout issues which were related to the wireless in the room. It wasn't the best first introduction to Sage, but hopefully my overwhelming excitement about Sage counteracted any frustration.
