As far as I know this package is present in Maxima. But I do not know if it would be useful for You. Some information You may find here for example: http://www.vttoth.com/maxima.html In Sage this Maxima module would not work because it breaks some interface assumptions - You may search this group, if I remember well it was discused. Maybe someone will port it it to Sage in the future? It would be great.
