I'm not aware of one, but I think virtualbox can be set up to share part
of the filesystem with Windows. This might be good to ask on the
VirtualBox lists, and report back here if they have a good solution.

I'm not going to try to explain it, as I had a bit of trouble myself with this,
but I did eventually get there. I'm using an Open Solaris host and
Windows/FreeBSD and Solaris 10 as guests. I have managed to resolve this, but
I'd hate to try to explain it.
But I got all the information I needed from the VirtualBox manual.
