Yes, if there's an spkg for dsage. However, note that dsage is not in any of the spkg repositories. It's not in the standard repository [1], nor the optional repository [2], nor the experimental repository [3]. If there's a demand for dsage, someone needs to step up and volunteer to maintain a dsage spkg.
